被保險人因尚未取得職業傷病門診單、住院申請書，或因緊急就醫未攜帶所需證件時，應檢具身分證明文件，向醫療院所聲明具有職災保險身分就醫，並先自付醫療費用，於10天內（不含例假日）或出院前補送證件，全民健康保險特約醫院或診所會退還所收取的保險醫療費用。

What happens if an insured person does not have relevant identifications with him/her when receiving occupational accident medical treatment？

In the event that an insured person needs medical treatment before acquiring occupational injury/sickness medical treatment forms or has no said forms with him/her when receiving medical treatment due to emergency. The insured person shall submit ID and inform the medical institution that he/she is covered by occupational accident insurance and pay for treatment, then submit the required documents within 10 business days (or before hospital discharge) to the medical institution. National Health Insurance hospital or clinic will refund the insured medical fees previously collected.
