自111年1月18日起,如爸爸、媽媽均為就保被保險人,可同時請領育嬰留職停薪津貼🥰只要符合以下申請條件:
✅就業保險年資合計滿1年以上
✅子女滿3歲前
✅依性別平等工作法向雇主辦理育嬰留職停薪
❣️貼心提醒❣️津貼請領期間,如有以下情事將無法申請:
🔸 擔任公司負責人(如董事、監察人、合夥人、經理人等)。
🔸另有工作或參加職業訓練並領取職業訓練生活津貼。

The time spent with our children as they grow up is infinitely precious. Parents in dual-income families can apply for parental leave allowance at the same time!
Since January 18, 2022, both parents can apply for parental leave allowance 🥰 if both the mother and father are insured and meet the following requirements:
✅More than 1 year of coverage under employment insurance
✅Children are under the age of 3
✅Leave without pay is applied for according to the Act Of Gender Equality in Employment
❣️As a reminder❣️, application for this allowance is unavailable in the following circumstances:
🔸If the insured person is appointed as the person in charge of a company (i.e. board member, ombudsman, partner, manager, etc.)
🔸If the insured person has an additional job, attends occupational training, and is receiving a subsidy from said occupational training.
