An employee who has reached the age of 65 may negotiate with their employer to stay in the workplace.
☑ The employee may continue to participate in labor insurance and has the right to claim other benefits of labor insurance.
☑ Years participating in labor insurance shall continue to accumulate.
After resigning from work and withdrawing from insurance coverage, an employee may claim old-age pension benefits.
☑ There is no limit to the number of years which may accumulate for labor insurance.
☑ For those who wish to postpone the claiming of their old-age pension benefits, the old-age pension benefits shall be increased by 4% each year, with an upper limit of 20% extra for an employee who postpones the claiming of old-age pension benefits.
The more years an employee participates in the labor insurance program by postponing retirement, the higher the amount of old-age pension benefits they may claim.
