被保險人如依勞工職業災害保險及保護法第42條規定領取職災傷病給付期間有住院治療，且經應診醫院之醫師診斷住院治療期間需人照護，可於請領職災傷病給付時一併請領住院照護補助。
住院治療期間照護補助自住院治療且得請領職業傷病給付之日起至出院止，按日發給1,200元。

入住具有加護或隔離性質病房的期間，不在補助範圍。
According to Article 42 of the Labor Occupational Accident Insurance and Protection Act, the insured person is hospitalized due to occupational injury or sickness, and is diagnosed by their doctor where the insured person was treated that the insured person needs personal care while being hospitalized, they may also apply Care Subsidy when claiming Occupational Accident Insurance.
A daily amount of NT$1,200 may be disbursed from the date of becoming eligible for occupational injury or sickness benefits after hospitalization to the date of discharge.

Periods of hospitalization in an intensive care ward unit or isolation ward are not eligible for Care Subsidy.
