勞工自願提繳退休金

適用勞退新制的勞工，除雇主每月為其強制提繳的退休金外，勞工也可在每月工資6%範圍內彈性自願提繳退休金，建議勞工朋友及早來參加，並可享有下列好處喔~

✅享有賦稅優惠：自願提繳金額不計入提繳年度薪資所得課稅。

✅保證收益機制：提繳退休金期間之累積運用收益，不低於依當地銀行2年定期存款利率計算之保證收益。

✅保障退休生活：增加勞工退休金個人專戶累積金額，提升退休生活保障。

※勞工可口頭或書面【可至本局官網下載「勞工退休金個人自願提繳徵詢表」(https://www.bli.gov.tw/0012967.html)】向雇主表達自願提繳的意願，由雇主向勞保局申報即可喔!

Aside from the employer’s mandatory monthly pension contributions, workers under the new pension system may voluntarily contribute any amount within 6% of their monthly salary. It’s recommended that workers participate as soon as possible to reap the following benefits~

✅Enjoy tax benefits: The voluntary contribution amount is not calculated as income tax for the current year.

✅Guaranteed income mechanism: The earnings from voluntary pension contributions is guaranteed to be no lower than the 2-year fixed deposit interest rate.

✅Guaranteed lifestyle after retirement: Increase the amount accumulated in workers’ pension accounts, thereby boosting guarantees for their retirement life.

※Workers may express their willingness for voluntary contributions by a verbal or written request (download the “Worker’s Voluntary Pension Contribution Inquiry Form” from the bureau’s official website (https://www.bli.gov.tw/0012967.html)) to their employer and they will submit an application to the Bureau of Labor Insurance on your behalf!
